Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on kikriya, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Bangladesh. Each user may operate only one account; if multiple accounts are created, the authority reserves the right to cancel all of them. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. If an account is created using false information, it may be closed at any time and any accumulated balance may be forfeited. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are generally credited to your account within a few minutes. Withdrawal requests may take 1–3 business days to process. Withdrawals may be held if verification (KYC) has not been completed, so please submit the required documents in a timely manner. The authority reserves the right to temporarily suspend payments on suspicious transactions in the interest of security.

Bonuses & Promotions

Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements, which are detailed in the offer description. Eligibility for a bonus depends on account status and the conditions of the specific promotion. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will not be permitted. kikriya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice. Betting Rules

Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, so please verify all details before placing a bet. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, those bets will be considered void. Any involvement in match fixing or any form of dishonest activity will result in permanent account closure. For live betting, there may be a slight delay in bet acceptance due to network latency. The maximum bet limit is determined based on the user's account level and the specific event.

Responsible Gaming

Kikriya believes that gaming should be enjoyable and should never be a source of financial stress. We offer users the option to set deposit limits, session time limits, and use self-exclusion services.
